Agreement Consent & Basic Usage Statement
This Subscription Agreement governs all premium paid subscription services provided by HairEthere for iPhone and iPad users. All core basic functions including Color studio creation, Motion studio creation, basic gallery browsing and basic preview comparison are permanently free for all users, and users can use these core functions without account registration, login verification, identity binding or personal information submission. Users can voluntarily purchase premium subscription services via the official Apple App Store payment channel to unlock advanced exclusive functions. By tapping purchase, confirming payment and activating premium membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all clauses of this agreement.
Subscription activation, free trial participation, subscription renewal and subscription cancellation behaviors will never trigger any facial data collection behavior. HairEthere will not scan, extract, upload, cache or analyze facial feature points, facial contour pixels, facial biometric data, face profile information and identifiable facial details from any portraits you import before, during and after subscription use. Subscription system will not bind your facial information to your Apple payment identity, subscription order records or membership files in any form.
Free Basic Functions & Premium Subscription Benefits
Free basic functions: Users can create standard hair color previews, generate standard 5-second hair motion clips, manage single gallery deletion, view original and preview comparison, and share works via iOS share sheet for free permanently. Premium subscription exclusive advanced functions include unlimited high-definition picture export, lossless full-length motion clip rendering, unlocked all exclusive hair color presets, gallery batch editing function, no in-app functional restrictions, and optimized rendering speed for hair preview creation. All premium functions still run fully via on-device local processing on user iOS devices, without cloud computing access.
Whether users use free basic functions or paid premium subscription functions, the app algorithm only identifies and edits hair-only pixels on portraits. The program permanently shields all facial layers on pictures and videos; it will not collect facial skin parameters to optimize premium rendering effects; it will not collect user facial data to classify free users and premium users; premium permission only controls function usage authority, and has no access right to read any facial information stored on your device.
Subscription Billing Cycle & Apple Payment Rules
All subscription billing, fund deduction, price setting, tax settlement and auto-renewal management are fully managed and operated by Apple Inc. through your personal Apple ID billing system. HairEthere development team has no authority to independently deduct fees, modify subscription prices, obtain your bank card information, payment credentials and Apple ID private data. Available subscription plans displayed inside the app include monthly auto-renew premium subscription and annual auto-renew premium subscription. Auto-renew service will be charged automatically 24 hours before the expiration of the current membership period by Apple system rules.
All subscription billing logs, order records and membership status files are stored locally on your device only, and will never be associated with your portrait facial data. The app will not upload subscription order data together with facial portrait files; will not mark premium users through facial feature identification; will not collect facial information to record user subscription consumption habits, and all payment-related records are completely separated from local portrait storage folders.
Limited-Time Premium Free Trial Rules
HairEthere may launch official limited-time premium free trial activities irregularly, which will be clearly displayed on the in-app subscription page. Eligible users can experience all full premium advanced functions for a fixed trial period set by the App Store. Users will not be charged automatically at the end of the free trial period without active manual subscription confirmation. Users can give up trial experience at any time without any cost or penalty.
During the whole free trial period, our zero facial collection rule remains unchanged and enforceable. Users can import personal portraits to create preview works during trial use, and the app will not collect, backup or transmit any facial data of trial users; trial usage records will not be linked to your facial portraits; trial algorithm rendering still ignores all facial area content, and no facial biometric information will be collected for trial user activity statistics.
Subscription Cancellation, Expiry and Refund Rules
Users can turn off auto-renewal, cancel ongoing subscription membership at any time via Apple ID subscription management page on iPhone or iPad. After cancellation, users can still enjoy all premium functions until the end of the current valid billing period. All refund applications must be submitted to Apple Official Support following App Store refund policy. HairEthere cannot independently approve, reject or process any user refund requests, and has no control over Apple’s refund audit standards.
Canceling subscription or applying for membership refund will not trigger background collection or retrieval of your local facial data. After subscription expires or cancels, all your saved portraits, hair preview images and motion clips with facial content are still fully controlled by you; you can delete all facial-related files independently at any time; the app will not scan your device local storage to collect facial data for subscription post-management purposes.
Subscription Local Data Storage Specification
The app only stores encrypted local subscription data on your personal device, including subscription type, order time, membership valid period and membership status. No subscription data will be uploaded to developer remote servers, third-party servers or cloud platforms. No user membership information will be shared with external institutions for commercial use. Uninstalled the app will automatically clear all local subscription records together with app local files following iOS system rules.
Local subscription database never stores, matches or analyzes user facial information. The system cannot associate your membership identity with your facial features, portrait photos or gallery works; it will not collect facial data to verify subscription user identity; no facial data will be reserved in subscription local cache, and subscription data partition is physically isolated from portrait file partition inside device storage.
Membership Upgrade and Downgrade Rules
Users can upgrade or downgrade current active subscription plans freely via Apple ID official subscription management entrance. Plan adjustment will take effect in accordance with Apple official billing settlement rules. Users can switch between monthly subscription and annual subscription according to personal usage needs, and there is no limit on the number of plan switching times. Plan adjustment will not affect users’ local gallery content and personal portrait files.
Any subscription plan switching operation will not invoke face detection or facial data reading permission. The membership adjustment program will not access your photo library, local gallery and camera files; will not extract facial data to confirm user identity; will not retain facial operation logs during plan switching, and membership adjustment behavior will never break our permanent commitment of not collecting user facial data.
Premium Service Usage Restrictions
Users can only use premium subscription advanced functions for personal non-commercial hair preview use. Users shall not use premium rendering functions to create, export and disseminate infringing, illegal third-party portrait content. Users bear full responsibility for all portrait materials used under premium membership authority. HairEthere only provides simulated hair effect preview, and is not liable for user offline salon styling decisions.
Even users use premium functions to process third-party portraits, the app will not collect any facial information of third-party individuals. Premium rendering authority does not open facial data extraction permission; no facial data will be collected for commercial content audit; all facial information on processed portraits stays locally on user device only, without external collection and transmission.
Agreement Revision & Clause Update
We reserve the right to update and revise this Subscription Agreement to adapt to app function iteration, premium function optimization and App Store rule adjustment. Updated agreement content will be published on the app built-in Settings page. Continued use of premium subscription services after clause update means you accept the revised subscription terms.
Any agreement revision will never add facial data collection authority, never cancel facial protection clauses, never change local-only storage rules for portrait facial data. The core rule that HairEthere does not collect, upload, sell or analyze any user facial information is permanent and cannot be modified in any updated subscription clauses.
